I have experience being a part of a live audience and a seatfiller, but would like to take the next step as possibly a talent escort for shows. The trick is, I worked at MTV. There is a certain talent company who work with them, and most other major awards shows, offering extra talent help (or primary talent help for one-offs and networks with no fleshed out music or talent department), but I also happen to know they largely hire lower-level people who already work in entertainment and have experience working with celebs. 

Pitch in kid, get yourself a low-paying job in the music industry!
